Biography

Kondwani Douglas Ngalawango holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He is a Management Specialist, Financial Management expert, Researcher, Trainer and Evaluation Consultant with good interpersonal communication and ethical conduct. Mr Ngalawango currently works with Feed The Children Malawi as a Programs Manager and lead in evaluating the economic wellbeing of families of children with disabilities, social impact of Feed The Children Malawi’s projects and development of programs that support positive demographic transitioning of children with disabilities. He conducts conducts internal longitudinal case studies on child disabilities, livelihoods of mothers of children with disabilities, safeguarding and community attitudes towards children with disabilities. He is an expert in Financial Management, including budgeting, budget monitoring and cash flow projections. In addition, he is experienced in evaluation of community needs and requirements in relation to the general environment, government policies and development goals, creation of Theories of Change to inform Development of Project Proposals. He is experienced in conducting Project Data Analysis, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning to inform stakeholders and project management planning, decision making and generate impact. Conducting Project Meetings with key Stakeholders in the District Social Welfare department of Ministry of Gender, Children, Social Welfare and Community Development, District Health Management Teams, District Executive Committees and Area Development Committees. Mr Kondwani D. Ngalawago has undergone various trainings in the areas of Financial Management, Financial Resource Mobilisation, Global Partnership, Global citizenship, Economics & National Development and Disaster Risk Management.
