ICT TECHNICIAN

To help provide ICT technical support to all College users and be the main point of contact for employees and students who are experiencing computer hardware and software related issues.

Furthermore, the ICT technician is entrusted with the responsibility of executing all delegated ICT related task assigned to him/her by the College ICT Officer.

 Responsibilities

1. Maintain the network and the computer systems under the supervision of ICT Senior Staff.
2. Making sure that the computer labs are always provided with enough supervision and security. 
3. Ensure that the software on all the systems is always updated.
4. Help in solving regular general network problems
5. Clean the computer systems regularly.
6. Assist with all documentation activities.
7. Maintain standards compliance.
